Using Keyboard Shortcuts Shortcut


Here's a quick buttons are taken from the application of Microsoft Word 2003, so for those of you who use Microsoft Word in the Word 2003 or Word 2007, there may be some shortcut keys that are not suitable usage. However, you will not be disappointed, since most of the fast is valid in all versions of Word Microsoft.

A. Documents relating to
        CTRL + N: Create a new document
        CTRL + O: Open a document
        CTRL + S: Save the document being opened / edited
        CTRL + W: Close the document. If the document is saved

         CTRL + ALT + S: Divide (split) of the document window into two parts. After typing CTRL + ALT + S, click on the desired position

B. Documents related to the search
        CTRL + F: Search for text or other special objects in the document
        CTRL + ALT + Y: Continuing the search CTRL + F search dialog box is closed after

        CTRL + P: Print the document (open the Print dialog box)
        CTRL + ALT + I or CTRL + F2: Move to display the print preview or on the contrary to standard view
        The direction / arrow keys (← ↑ → ↓): Move to a specific page in the direction of the arrow in the print preview display

        DELETE: Deletes one character to the right
        CTRL + DELETE: Delete one word to the right•
        CTRL + X: Cut: Getting the text / image
        CTRL + C: Copy: duplicate text / image
        CTRL + C, C: Raising a list of texts that have been copied or cut
